Garlic Parmesan Baked Shrimp

Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 teaspoon lemon zest
Salt and pepper, to taste
For Garnish (Optional):

Lemon wedges
Extra chopped parsley
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:

Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper for easy cleanup.
Prepare the Shrimp:

In a large bowl, toss the shrimp with olive oil, minced garlic, Parmesan cheese, parsley, lemon zest, salt, and pepper until the shrimp are evenly coated.
Arrange on the Baking Sheet:

Spread the shrimp in a single layer on the baking sheet, making sure they’re not overcrowded for even cooking.
Bake to Perfection:

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the shrimp are opaque and cooked through.
