Rich Chocolate Cake recipe

Ingredients:
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp sal
1 cup milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs
2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×13-inch baking pan or two 9-inch round cake pans.
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add milk, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla. Mix until well combined.
Slowly add boiling water while stirring. The batter will be thin—this is normal.
Pour batter into the prepared pan(s) and bake for 30-35 minutes (for 9×13-inch) or 25-30 minutes (for round pans), until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Let cool completely before frosting.
