Here’s a simple recipe for Spinach Mushroom Orzo

Ingredients:
8 oz orzo pasta
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 cup mushrooms, sliced
2 cups fresh spinach, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (optional for brightness)
Instructions
1. Cook the Orzo
1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
2. Add the orzo pasta and cook according to the package instructions, usually about 7-9 minutes, until al dente.
3. Drain the orzo and set aside, reserving a little pasta water.

1. While the orzo cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
