Easy 3-Ingredient Orange Candy

Ingredients:
1 cup fresh orange juice (preferably from 2 large oranges)
½ cup sugar (adjust to taste)
2 tablespoons cornstarch
Instructions:
Prepare the mixture: In a saucepan, combine the fresh orange juice, sugar, and cornstarch. Stir well to dissolve the sugar and cornstarch into the juice.
Cook the candy mixture: Heat the saucepan over medium heat and bring the mixture to a simmer. Stir continuously to avoid lumps, and cook until it thickens to a syrupy consistency (about 5-7 minutes).
Set the candy: Once the mixture thickens and becomes glossy, remove it from the heat. Let it cool slightly, then pour it into a greased tray or silicone mold.
Chill and serve: Allow the mixture to set at room temperature for about 30 minutes, then refrigerate for 1-2 hours until firm. Once set, cut into small squares or pop them out of the molds.
