Cupcake Brownies Recipe

Ingredients
2 boxes of brownie mix
Ingredients listed on the brownie mix boxes (e.g., oil, water, eggs, etc.)
1 extra egg (in addition to what the mix requires)
Nonstick spray
Instructions
1. Preheat and Prep:
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Generously spray two 12-cup muffin pans with nonstick spray.
2. Mix the Batter:
Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions, adding one extra egg to the batter. This creates a fudgier, richer texture.
3. Fill the Pans:
Evenly distribute the batter into the prepared muffin cups, filling each about 2/3 full.
4. Bake:
Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the tops are set and a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs. Avoid overbaking for a chewy center!
5. Cool and Remove:
Let the cupcake brownies cool in the pans for 5 minutes. Use the tip of a butter knife to carefully loosen and lift each brownie from the pan.
6. Serve:
