Ingredients

12 oz rigatoni pasta

4 garlic sausage links, sliced

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 cloves garlic, minced

1 cup heavy cream

1 cup whole milk

1 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Salt and pepper, to taste

Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Instructions

1. Cook the Rigatoni Pasta

1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.

2. Add the rigatoni pasta and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside, reserving about 1/2 cup of pasta water.

2. Cook the Sausage

1. While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

2. Add the sliced garlic sausage links to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.

3. Remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.

4. Combine Everything

1. Return the cooked sausage to the skillet with the Alfredo sauce, stirring to combine.

2. Add the cooked rigatoni pasta to the skillet and toss everything together, adding a little reserved pasta water if needed to reach your desired sauce consistency.

5. Serve

1. Once everything is well coated and heated through, serve the Garlic Sausage Alfredo Rigatoni immediately.

2. Garnish with freshly chopped parsley for a pop of color and extra flavor.
