Cucumber Lemon Mint Infused Water

Light, refreshing, and naturally hydrating — this infused water is perfect for staying cool all day long.

Ingredients

  • 8 cups cold water (filtered if possible)
  • ½ large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced
  • ½ large lemon, thinly sliced
  • ¼ cup fresh mint leaves, loosely packed

Instructions

  1. Prepare Ingredients
    Slice the cucumber and lemon into thin, even rounds.
  2. Mix Together
    In a large pitcher, combine the cucumber slices, lemon slices, and mint leaves.
  3. Add Water
    Pour the cold water over the ingredients. Stir gently to mix.
  4. Infuse
    Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. For a bolder flavor, infuse for 2–4 hours.
  5. Serve & Enjoy
    Pour over ice and enjoy throughout the day. Refill as needed (up to 2 times for light flavor).

Tips

  • For a spa-like experience, serve in a glass with extra mint and a lemon wedge.
  • Use organic produce when possible, especially if keeping peels on.
  • Drink within 24–36 hours for the best flavor and freshness.
