Ingredients

1 small bag fresh baby spinach

1 dash pepper

1 dash Herb and Garlic Seasoning

8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese

2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)

1 cup sliced mushrooms

2 tablespoons olive oil

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

1/2 cup heavy cream (optional, for added creaminess)

Instructions

1. Prepare the Chicken

1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. Season the chicken breasts with a dash of pepper and Herb and Garlic Seasoning.

3. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.

4. Sear the chicken breasts for 3-4 minutes on each side, until golden brown. Then, transfer the chicken to an oven-safe baking dish.

1. In the same skillet, add another tablespoon of olive oil.
